By making information more accessible, FISHNET strengthens collaboration between fishers, policymakers, and other stakeholders. It supports better planning, enhances transparency, and builds trust in how fisheries resources are managed. Through its use at exhibitions and conferences, FISHNET has sparked dialogue, encouraged fisher participation, and highlighted the role of technology in securing sustainable livelihoods and healthier marine ecosystems.
